Lesson rules

These rules keep every lesson fair and friendly for everyone. They follow our Terms of Use and our Code of Conduct.

Be on time

• You can join up to 5 minutes after the start. After that the lesson counts as missed: it isn't refunded and can't be moved.
• Language Coaches start on time too. If your coach is more than 5 minutes late or doesn't come, tell us at hello@wllearn.com and the lesson goes back into your monthly quota.

If you can't come

• Cancel or move the lesson from your account at least 1 hour before it starts (or email hello@wllearn.com). It goes back into your monthly quota.
• A lesson can only be moved to another lesson in the same calendar month.
• With less than 1 hour's notice, or none, the lesson counts as used and isn't refunded.

Respect and conduct

• Be kind and respectful to the other students and your coach: no harassment, discrimination or disruptive behaviour.
• Don't record, screenshot or share lessons, or other people's images or voices.
• A coach may remove a participant who breaks these rules; that lesson isn't refunded.
• Coaches keep lessons professional and on topic, and never ask for contact outside WLLearn.
