Can I cancel a lesson?

Yes. Cancel at least 24 hours before the lesson and it goes back into your monthly quota. Later cancellations count as used.

What happens to lessons I don't use?

Your plan is valid for one month. You can book lessons up to your next billing date; unused lessons don't roll over to the next month.

Which payment methods do you accept?

UPI (scan the QR code or pay in your UPI app), credit and debit cards, Google Pay and Apple Pay, all through our secure payment partner Stripe. The monthly renewal can run on UPI AutoPay or your card. Prices are in Indian rupees and every payment comes with a GST invoice.

I'm not in India. Will lesson times work for me?

Yes. Every time on the site, in emails and in reminders is shown in your own timezone, with the zone name next to it.

What if I miss a lesson without cancelling?

A no-show counts as a used lesson and isn't refunded. If you can't make it, cancel at least 24 hours ahead to keep the lesson in your quota.

How do I join a lesson?

Every lesson has its own Google Meet link. It appears on your dashboard before class and in your reminder emails — no extra app to install.

What level will I reach?

Accepted Answer

Your teacher tracks your progress and assigns a CEFR level from A1 to C1 at the end of your course, based on your lessons and grades.

Can I change my plan or language?

Accepted Answer

Yes, from My Subscription . Changes apply from your next billing cycle, so lessons you've already booked aren't affected.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Accepted Answer

Yes, anytime. Your plan stays active until the end of the month you've paid for and then stops; there are no partial refunds.
