The rules
Fair rules, set out plainly.
The same Terms of Use for everyone, enforced by the booking system — no surprises.
- 24hFree cancellation window
- Cancel at least 24 hours before and the lesson goes back into your monthly quota. Later cancellations count as used.
- 1lessonA no-show counts as used
- Missing a lesson without cancelling uses it from your quota and isn't refunded.
- 1monthEach plan is valid for a month
- Book lessons up to your next billing date. Unused lessons don't roll over.
- 24hReschedule window
- Move a booked lesson at least 24 hours before it starts and nothing is lost.
- 4hBook ahead
- Book at least 4 hours before a lesson so your teacher and group can prepare.

- Lessons are scheduled in India time (Asia/Kolkata) and always shown in your own timezone, in emails and reminders too.
UPI (scan the QR code or pay in your UPI app), credit and debit cards, Google Pay and Apple Pay, all through our secure payment partner Stripe. The monthly renewal can run on UPI AutoPay or your card. Prices are in Indian rupees and every payment comes with a GST invoice.
